Professor Jens Scherpe is Chair Professor of Comparative Law at Aalborg University. As the founding director of the Nordic Centre for Comparative and International Family Law, he is an authority in comparative family law with a particular focus on the legal frameworks that govern martial relationships across different jurisdictions.
