Ye Won Park

Deputy Chief

Ye Won is a final year Biomedical Sciences student at the University of Hong Kong. Minoring in Sociology, she is passionate about the intersection between the humanities and medical sciences. She is currently working in the School of Biomedical Sciences developing in-vivo models for breast cancer, and has previously been involved in combinatorial CRISPR-Cas9 research. As the Deputy-in-Chief of Ethos, Ye Won hopes to encourage a greater degree of cross-disciplinary collaboration, as well as advocate for the importance of narrative medicine to the wider community. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, going to museums and reading (her favourite novel being Osamu Dazai's No Longer Human).
