Leo is a second year Government and Laws student at the University if Hong Kong. His research consists of medical law and ethics, with a particular focus on commercial surrogacy and gross negligence manslaughter. He is also a Laidlaw Scholar and social entrepreneur driven to create dialogues between academics and aspiring students.
His research additionally encompasses an interdisplinary aspect invovling areas of public international law and intellectual property related to artificial intelligence and has published in journals relating to cyberattacks in the humanitarian law context.
