Editor

Dorothy is a Year 1 MBBS student at the University of Hong Kong. She has always been passionate about writing and prose, and believes that a well-developed ‘mind’ guided by the objective: the sciences, rationality and logic needs to be complimented by a well-developed 'heart' guided by the subjective: the arts, passion and feelings. Recognising how the rigidity of the sciences can be balanced by the fluidity of the arts, Dorothy appreciates the transformative power of language in a medical setting while eager to explore the kaleidoscope of realms where we could gain unprecedented insights into patient experiences in healthcare. Beyond her academic pursuits, she enjoys sketching, photography and reading every now and then.
