Mindy Shie

Mindy is a second-year MBBS student at the University of Hong Kong and a graduate of Singapore International School (Hong Kong). Recognizing that all our individual experiences shape profoundly unique perspectives on life, she believes in Ethos' importance as a platform for exchanging stories and ideas. Having always been drawn to the power of writing to offer a window into another's world, she sees it as a way to foster the empathy and understanding that lies at the heart of medicine. Mindy is also passionate about women's health and reproductive empowerment, and hopes to amplify these vital narratives as an editor at Ethos. In her free time, she can be found with her head in a book, finding balance through the gym, or trying out a new baking recipe.
